The app itself is ok. The customer support bas been beyond terrible the last few months. Have to consistently write about an issue 3 or 4 times just to get incomplete or inaccurate answers.

I don't understand how they operate. I somehow owe 2.38eur to them for account which I never used. So I transfer 10eur to cover owed amount. Somehow they don't collect owed amount from these 10eur that are in my account at kontist and I get a bill every month and I get told that my services are blocked. What a waste of time they are.

Since my old phone broke and I had to switch I'm not able to use my virtual visa for online payments and it won't show me my visa details. Error message on different devices is always "could not authenticate". I wrote to the kontist people multiple times but didn't get an solution. I seems the new update broke this section.
