This apps (aviata and chocofamily) are created by the most arrogant and hypocritical people. They have no right to be supported by users in Kazakhstan. I hope that your businesses will go bankrupt soon!
Totally unhappy with the service of Aviata
Spent an hour trying to purchase ticket! Entered 5 times details of multiple passengers and each time was having an error check birth date, however all the information were correct! After 5 tries I gave up with aviata and booked my tickets through the airline’s official website. Furthermore aviata requires to submit Individual identification number, which is only local residents of Kazakhstan have! Aviata does not thing about foreigners who would want to use their services. And the worst thing is, that their customer services does not work for 24 hours!

Highly recommend Deleted this app in Kazakhstan
I have deleted this app because of discrimination Kazakh people and their language in Kazakhstan. I don’t respect the head of this company Rinat Mukhoryapov because he said that if Kazakhstan people don’t speak Russian language and speaks in their mother tongue it’s shows that Kazakhs has low level of culture. Rinat your are shows that your are chauvinist. You better go out to Russia where all people speaks in your language.
